Green screening

Students can use a simple app such as Green Screen to transport themselves back in time to a revolutionary event. Students film themselves in front of a green screen (a piece of plain fabric works well) and then import an image from our collection to make it look as though they are really there.

They could stand next to Locomotion I and report on this ‘revolutionary new mode of transport’ or in front of the Launch of the SS Great Britain and interview another student in role as one of the passengers or bystanders.
