The Black Watch Castle and Museum

The Black Watch Museum is housed in the historic Balhousie Castle. The origins of the Castle are said to date back to the 12th century. Our Five Star Museum shares the story of the iconic Black Watch Regiment, Scotland’s premier Highland Regiment. The Museum has a gift shop which offers a wide of products from regimental memorabilia to handpicked Scottish gifts. In our award winning Cafe you will find a delicious selection of hot and cold food. We serve breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea and use locally sourced ingrediants where possible.

Our unique and compelling location can provide private dining experiences, exclusive use of the Castle, group and bespoke tour.
